Raw Dessert Workshop
Join us for another Raw Desserts Workshop in April and learn to how to master new creative sweet treats in the kitchen.
You’ll learn how to make 3 simple and healthy raw desserts including chocolate mint truffles, a lemon and lime cheesecake with fresh mango sauce, and mini carrot cakes with cashew frosting. The desserts are all gluten, dairy, grain and refined sugar-free and support a healthy conscious lifestyle whilst providing a more stable blood sugar level.
Holly will give a demo on how to make these desserts, including the equipment and ingredients needed, tips on where to buy these from, as well as the health properties of each ingredient. Elika will provide nutritional health tips and advice throughout the demo. You’ll be able to try all three raw desserts throughout
